Pause of Acceptance of New CMF Annual Performance Reports(s) and Related Transactions Submissions Effective August 1, 2024, Until February 1, 2025

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) will pause the acceptance of new Capital Magnet Fund (CMF) Annual Performance Report(s) for related transaction submissions effective August 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025. 

The CMF Annual Performance Report, which ensures CMF Recipients are successfully pursuing their performance commitments, is changing to align with updates in the revised CMF Interim Rule (effective June 25, 2024), where applicable, and to eliminate certain data points that are no longer relevant.

Recipients will not be able to create or make updates to CMF Annual Performance Reports, and related transaction submissions (e.g., CMF Project records), until the updates are released in the CDFI Fund’s Awards Management Information System (AMIS) in early calendar year 2025. The CDFI Fund expects to resume accepting new CMF Annual Performance Reports and related transactions in AMIS by February 1, 2025.
