Important Reminders for FY 2021 CDFI Rapid Response Program, CDFI Program, and NACA Program Round Applicants
As a reminder for fiscal year (FY) 2021 Community Development Financial Institutions Program (CDFI Program), Native American CDFI Assistance Program (NACA Program), and CDFI Rapid Response Program (CDFI RRP) Applicants, the deadline for online submission of the SF-424 through Grants.gov for all three funding rounds is March 22, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.
Organizations applying for funds under multiple programs must submit an SF-424 for each program by the deadline. Applicants must also have created an Awards Management Information System (AMIS) account and entered their EIN and DUNS numbers by March 22, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET. Applicants should carefully review the NOFA for each program as well as the detailed application information on the CDFI Fund’s website to learn more.

FY 2021 CDFI Rapid Response Program Application Round
In addition to submitting their SF-424 for the program by March 22, 2021, FY 2021 CDFI RRP Applicants must also submit the remainder of the CDFI RRP Application through AMIS by 11:59 PM ET on March 25, 2021.
The CDFI Fund held two webinars about the CDFI RRP Application on March 3 and March 10, 2021. Recordings of the webinars can be found on the CDFI Fund’s website. In addition, the following materials have been added or updated on the CDFI Fund’s website since the application round opened on February 25, 2021:

Questions about CDFI RRP
The last day the CDFI Fund will answer questions about the Application is March 23, 2021, by 5:00 PM ET. Contact the CDFI Fund’s Help Desk by submitting a Service Request through your AMIS account; by e-mail to cdfihelp@cdfi.treas.gov; or by phone to (202) 653-0421 (option 1) (please note this is not a toll free number). Technical support for AMIS will not be available after 5:00 PM ET on March 25, 2021.
FY 2021 CDFI Program and NACA Program Application Round
In addition to being the SF-424 submission deadline, March 22, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET is also the deadline for Applicants that meet the SECA requirements, but wish to apply for a Core-FA award of $700,000 or greater, to request the creation of a Core-FA Application via an AMIS Service Request.
The deadline for online submission of the rest of the application materials through the CDFI Fund’s Awards Management Information System (AMIS) is May 3, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.
Upcoming Webinars
The CDFI Fund will host webinars on April 7 and April 8, 2021 to answer applicant questions about the CDFI Program and NACA Program. Access information for the webinars is available on the CDFI Fund’s website. Advance registration is not required to participate.
In addition, applicants can access recordings of the in-depth 2021 workshops on the CDFI Fund’s website.
